Job Summary
Reviews estimates and files completed by the Technical Repair Estimator team to ensure requests are met, confirming completion of estimate, support components, billings, and closing out files. Uses industry-standard software like Xactimate to provide valuations for wood cabinetry and furniture, determining repair versus replacement dispositions. Follows up on incomplete submissions, communicates next steps to team members, and manages queues to ensure proper file completion. Assists the Operations Manager with team metric analysis, such as cycle times, and proposes process streamlining or automation changes. Delivers accurate estimates and replacement valuations while supporting department Service Level Agreements. Improves efficiency to buy back capacity. Fully remote within the continental United States.
Required Qualifications
- High School degree or equivalent
- At least two (2) years of administrative experience
- A general knowledge of woodwork, refinishing, and restoration
- Strong customer service orientation
- Strong attention to detail
- Effective problem solving
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities and to work in a fast-paced environment
- Consistently demonstrates integrity and ethics
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
