Job Summary
Manage Material Requirements Planning (MRP) to ensure global supply readiness and inventory optimization. Lead supplier transitions for business continuity, drive cost management while maintaining quality, delivery, and operational performance, and communicate engineering, materials, and manufacturing requirements to suppliers. Form the Materials Core Team, coordinate product development deliverables through matrix management, and perform make versus buy analysis for outsourcing decisions. Assist in supplier price negotiations, select suppliers, assess critical part risks, and monitor supplier performance metrics. Resolve supplier quality issues with engineering teams, track total landed costs, and develop supplier roadmaps. Requires 5+ years in Supply Chain or Materials Management within the Semiconductor or Display industries and SAP proficiency.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Materials Management, or Operations within the Semiconductor or Display industries
- Strong English communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and manage relationships with global suppliers and cross-functional stakeholders
- Hands-on experience with SAP systems
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis, reporting, and business reviews
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in MRP (Material Requirements Planning) and inventory optimization
- Experience leading supplier transfer, qualification, or supply chain transition projects
- Knowledge of cost management, sourcing, and supplier performance management
