Materials Project Management III

Directly manage supply of a key outsourced module/component for Applied Materials tools; provide weekly readouts on material health to supply chain executives; host supplier material readiness reviews; manage market share allocations across assigned suppliers/programs; drive supplier performance for on-time availability and sub-tier changes (capacity, cost savings, customer needs); facilitate internal stakeholder discussions to address issues gating builds, BOM inaccuracies, engineering spec waivers, and rework orders; manage obsolescence through transitions to replacement materials; support inventory programs (Consignment, VMI, Aged WIP, safety stock); lead PO management in MRP systems, procure materials for manufacturing and spares, process requisitions and supplier communications on demand forecasting; maintain accurate part-level information (lead times, costs) and BOM prices; influence suppliers and internal stakeholders to meet deliverables; conduct quarterly material/build readiness reviews for critical sub-tier materials; visit supplier sites to audit progress; handle ad hoc RFQ requests and support logistics cost optimization projects.
