Job Summary
Materials & Production Planner responsible for managing the SIOP cycle (data collection, demand and supply reviews, executive SIOP reviews, and financial reconciliation) and delivering site/value-stream-level analytics. Collaborates with Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering and Operations to align strategies with operational capabilities, develop inventory targets, and support ELT/SLT decision-making. Serves as data/analytics SME for SIOP, ensures data quality, and creates scenario planning and risk/opportunity analyses across a 90-day to 18-month horizon. Looks to optimize inventory, support monthly/ quarterly/annual cadences, and drive continuous improvement across the site/value stream.
Required Qualifications
- Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience
- Demonstrated proficiency in analytics-based reporting, including the use of Microsoft Excel or database management of large datasets
- Experience in inventory management
