Job Summary
Provide input into the control of EE PM&P used in the design, fabrication, and production of electrical/electronic boxes, assemblies, and interconnect systems. Support designers in specifying materials and processes for printed wiring boards, assemblies, and LRUs. Develop and execute the Parts, Material and Processes management plan to promote standardization and reduce cost while reviewing subcontractor documentation for compliance. Work with manufacturing shops to ensure production meets program requirements and validate that parts meet intended applications. This 1st shift, 100% onsite role requires a US Security Clearance and citizenship, with a salary range of $85,000 to $115,000. Relocation is offered based on eligibility.
Required Qualifications
- US Citizenship
- Ability to obtain a US Security Clearance
- Ability to obtain program access
- Bachelor, Master or Doctorate of Science degree from an accredited course of study, in engineering, computer science, mathematics, or physics
- 2+ years of work-related experience with a Bachelor's, or work-related experience with a Masters
- 1+ years of engineering experience in Aerospace industry
- 1+ years of experience in Materials and Processes engineering in Aerospace industry
- 1+ years of experience associated with the development, selection, and/or revision of parts, materials, and processes specifications used to make electronics and/or support of interconnect systems
- 1+ years of experience working with suppliers of electronics
- High level of proficiency in use of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Access
- Prior program work experience with aircraft
- Ability to meet U.S. export control compliance requirements
- 100% onsite work
- 1st shift availability
