Job Summary
Prepare enrichment program materials including arts & crafts and engineering/tech items for camp distribution. Accurately pack, label, and organize supplies while maintaining office organization and restocking inventory. Perform occasional material deliveries using city navigation skills. Lift up to 20 lbs and work independently during overnight shifts from 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM. This part-time role supports NORY's STEM summer camp operations for children aged 3-12 across multiple NYC locations.
Required Qualifications
- Reliable, punctual, and focused
- Knowledgable about prepping and packing materials
- Hardworking, very organized, and efficient at multitasking
- Strong attention to detail and memory retention
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills with basic math knowledge
- Comfortable working independently during overnight hours
- Familiarity with city navigation to perform occasional material deliveries
- Ability to stand, bend over, walk, etc., for long periods of time
- Ability to lift 20+ lbs
Desired Qualifications
- Artistic creativity is a plus
- Familiarity with city navigation is a plus (for occasional material deliveries)
