Job Summary
Direct the team in daily execution of finished goods and WIP planning to balance supply and demand, ensuring inventory level and turn goals are achieved while reducing back orders. Manage, coach, and mentor planners through continuous development and performance management, meeting with senior management to obtain strategic information for forecast modifications. Collaborate cross-functionally to develop accurate forecasts, review supply and demand plans, and address long-term constraints regarding customer service levels and backlog.
