Materials Planner

Utilize Material Requirements Planning (MRP) to generate purchase requisitions, material cost transfers, and work orders while tracking inventory levels to meet contract commitments. Monitor purchase order status for critical path components, communicate expedites and issues to functional teams, and manage production work orders including creation, updating, and closing. Maintain ERP item master information, routings, and bills of materials using change orders, and approve site requisitions to generate stock sweeps and move tickets. Manage Kanban material forecasts and expiration reports while maintaining status reports on assembly schedules and work order shortages.
