Job Summary
Materials Planner to manage material flow and inventory, forecast material requirements, generate purchase requisitions, and coordinate with procurement and manufacturing to maintain production schedules. Responsible for overseeing inventory levels, ensuring BOM/ECN accuracy, liaising between engineering, manufacturing, and the program office, performing material shortage analysis, and supporting internal/external audits. Must read engineering drawings and BOMs, communicate effectively across manufacturing disciplines, handle changing priorities, and obtain/maintain a security clearance. Location: Mason, OH. Contract role with competitive salary and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (preferred)
- Experience in fast paced, custom electronics manufacturing environment (preferred)
- Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
- Proficiency reading and interpreting engineering drawings, BOMs, and ECNs
