Materials Planner II

The Materials Planner is responsible for ensuring timely availability of raw materials, components, and sub-assemblies to support uninterrupted manufacturing operations and customer delivery commitments. Coordinate with Planning, Buyers, Engineering, IQC, and Warehouse teams to manage material requirements, address shortages, support engineering changes, and maintain optimal inventory levels in a fast-paced electronics or semiconductor manufacturing environment. Expedite materials at receiving/IQC to Warehouse and Production. Coordinate with Planners, Buyers, Engineering, and Warehouse teams on urgent materials, samples, MSL generation, documentation, and inventory pullouts to ensure production readiness. Drive on-time delivery performance by pushing timely processing of inbound materials and assisting planners with material analysis as needed. Provide material status updates, summaries, and data roll-ups for management forums, ensuring continuous follow-up from Receiving to Warehouse. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Business or related field; 1 year of related experience; Oracle background; basic BOM management and effectivity date control; strong communication and presentation skills; and willing to work onsite in Rosario, Cavite.
