Job Summary
Develop and execute supply chain planning strategies by analyzing historical data, sales trends, and market dynamics to generate accurate demand and material forecasts. Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability while minimizing excess, obsolete, and SLOB inventory. Collaborate closely with Procurement, Logistics, Finance, Quality, Commercial, and Warehouses to align supply plans with business requirements and resolve order discrepancies. Coordinate procurement, replenishment, and logistics activities to support smooth inbound and outbound operations. Track and analyze KPIs such as forecast accuracy and inventory turnover to measure supply chain effectiveness and provide data-driven insights to management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in supply chain planning, inventory management, or procurement
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in a trading environment preferred
- Proficiency in ERP systems, such as SAP or JDE is advantageous
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerBI
- Strong analytical capability with the ability to interpret data and support informed decision-making
- Proficient in English (spoken and written)
- Mandarin proficiency is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
