Job Summary
Plan and manage material requirements to support aftermarket spares demand within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Monitor MRP, shortage reports, and inventory levels to ensure material availability for urgent customer requirements. Coordinate job management activities with Procurement, Operations, Inventory, Warehouse, and Engineering teams to resolve material constraints and fulfill production schedules. Investigate planning discrepancies and maintain accurate data within the ERP system. Support expedited material flow and prioritize urgent aftermarket orders while communicating schedule risks and planning issues. May be asked to work extended or irregular hours as required.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum 3 years experience of directly related experience in materials planning, supply chain, production planning, inventory planning, or a related manufacturing environment
- Working knowledge of Material Requirements Planning (MRP) principles and ERP systems
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
- Must show proof of ability to work in the United States
- May be asked to work extended or irregular hours as required
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Supply Chain Management
- Aerospace manufacturing or aftermarket (spares) planning experience
