Job Summary
Lead the execution of warehouse operations safety and quality compliance by driving on-time closure of notifications, root cause investigations, deviations, and CAPAs; author and review SOPs and work instructions in GMP; manage warehouse improvement projects to boost safety, quality, and operational efficiency; ensure inspection readiness; facilitate risk assessments; perform financial controls for the department; and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives through data-driven analysis and cross-functional collaboration. Requires GMP experience, SAP (ERP) familiarity, and strong communication and problem-solving capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years of GMP experience
- Knowledgeable in SAP (ERP)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated sense of urgency
