Job Summary
Seeking a Materials Manager with a Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of Supply Chain experience to lead the Materials team, optimize inventory, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or other related discipline
- 10+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Materials, and/or Purchasing
- 5+ years of experience and demonstrated ability to lead people and obtain results through others with increasing experience and responsibility
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in Inventory Management and Capacity Management processes and tools
- Proficient with MRP tools and methodologies; knowledge of SAP ERP system preferred
- Strong Customer Focus
- Ability to manage multiple, fluid priorities in a fast-paced environment
