Job Summary
Ensure the stockroom complies with FAA, safety, and company standards while managing OSC inventory and reporting processes. Execute cycle counts timely, maintain adequate stock levels for expendable and rotable components, and oversee shipping and receiving across domestic and international maintenance facilities. Train subordinates on required protocols, enforce discipline per policy, and ensure facilities and equipment remain operational. Identify process improvements for Kalitta Air MX and other facilities, submitting changes as necessary. Maintain up-to-date training for all personnel and manage departmental workflows.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Valid driver's license
- Forklift truck experience
- Microsoft Office experience, including Excel, Outlook and Word
- Proficient communication skills
- Ability to read, write and understand spoken and written English
- Ability to create / write routine reports and correspondence
- Ability to reach with hands and arms
- Ability to stand
- Ability to walk
- Ability to talk or hear
- Ability to use hands to finger, handle, feel or operate objects, tools or controls
- Ability to lift and/or move more than 50 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- HAZMAT training
- Aviation experience
- Background in navigating and using Inventory Management databases
