Job Summary
Seeking a Materials Manager with hands-on leadership experience in materials management for an industrial manufacturing environment, responsible for material planning, inventory control, and logistics.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3+ years of experience in materials management or production planning within an industrial manufacturing environment
- 3+ years of leadership experience managing a team of Buyer/Planners and/or inventory professionals
- 3+ years of experience with SAP (MM/PP modules)
- Manufacturing experience is a must
Desired Qualifications
- APICS, CPIM or CSCP certification
- Familiarity with Lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies
- Experience using data tools like Excel, Qlik, or similar for materials analytics and reporting
- Knowledge of ISO, AS9100, or other relevant quality management systems
