Materials Manager I

Lead and mentor the scheduler while fostering professional development and strengthening scheduling discipline. Plan and direct all materials resources and activities, including production scheduling, supply chain management, and material logistics, to achieve required business results. Forecast intra-company procurement needs in coordination with production planning and identify gaps to negotiate resolution of resource constraints with sales, operations, and suppliers. Evaluate material, manpower, and machine availability for WIP orders, monitor schedule adherence, and manage daily procurement, production, and inventory control issues. Develop and submit budgets, production plans, and related reports while assisting in business strategic plans through the SIOP process. Manage critical inventory processes such as cycle counting, planning parameters, and capacity analysis.
