Materials Manager - Advanced Power Cycles - OK

Job Summary
Conduct physical receipt, inspection, and documentation of incoming and outgoing project materials and equipment. Manage warehouse and laydown areas, maintain inventory counts, and ensure all materials are stored, maintained, and issued in a timely and compliant manner. Liaise with engineering and procurement personnel to coordinate timely delivery and manage the OS and D process with supply vendors. Create, file, and disseminate material-related paperwork while tracking material issues from storage to construction. Train staff on proper receiving and storage procedures, monitor surplus and scrap collection, and report on inventory metrics. Establish performance goals for the materials organization and champion continuous improvement efforts to support the construction schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum ten (10) years relevant experience without a degree
- All applicants must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements (if selected) which may include any/all of the following: criminal/civil background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search, in compliance with any applicable laws and regulations
- This is a field-based position in Lawton, OK
- Relocation may be required
Desired Qualifications
- BA or BS degree in Supply Chain, Business, Technical / Engineering, Construction Management or related field (preferred)
- Relevant experience may be substituted for a degree
- Global experience preferred
