Materials Management & Warehouse Lead

Lead materials management and warehouse operations for the Springer Mine & Milling Complex. Establish and execute SAP-based materials management processes, ensuring materials—from long-lead equipment to commissioning and operational spares—are planned, received, stored, controlled, and handed over to support schedule, cost control, and operational readiness. Define and implement the Project Materials Management Plan; align engineering BOMs, procurement data, and warehouse structures; manage material flow from supplier to installation; oversee receiving, inspection, QA/QC interfaces, and inventory control; coordinate with procurement/expediting to meet site readiness; manage reconciliation at mechanical completion and handover; design and implement warehouse, laydown, and inventory concepts; lead materials master data governance in SAP and generate reports as defined by the company. Authorities include enforcing standards, stopping non-compliant materials, governing SAP inventory control, and escalating material-related risks.
