Job Summary
Materials Management Specialist responsible for managing inventory, processing transactions in MRP/ERP and spreadsheets, issuing/receiving tools and materials, maintaining 5S organization, ensuring accurate inventory, and coordinating with internal customers. Requires experience with warehousing/manufacturing environments, ability to operate material handling equipment, adherence to safety and regulatory requirements, and strong communication within cross-functional teams. Role is 100% onsite at Everett, WA with eligibility considerations for COI/Export Control and relocation constraints.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in materials management, warehousing, supply support or a manufacturing environment
- 1+ years of experience using software applications for internet navigation, e-mail, Microsoft applications and/or other specialized computer applications
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 35 pounds
- Ability to walk constantly throughout the work shift (6+ hours) and carry and lift up to 25 pounds
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English
