Job Summary
Materials Management Manager leads all warehouse, yard, inventory, and material distribution operations in Gilbert, AZ, aligning with construction and install schedules. Responsibilities include supervising warehouse personnel, developing scalable materials management processes, coordinating with Construction, Field Operations, Engineering, Procurement, Finance, and contractors/vendors, and driving inventory accuracy, loss prevention, and safety initiatives. Focus areas include inventory control programs (cycle counts, audits, reconciliations), ERP-based transactions, material forecasting and planning, logistics coordination for deliveries/returns, process standardization, KPI development, and continuous improvement to support network expansion and customer installations.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse operations, materials management, logistics, inventory control, or supply chain management in a high-volume operational environment
- Minimum of 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience
- Experience with ERP systems, inventory management systems, and materials tracking platforms
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace
- Experience developing inventory controls, operational procedures, and process improvements
- Ability to safely operate forklifts and warehouse equipment. OSHA and/or forklift certification required
- Ability to lift and move materials up to 40 lbs
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
