Job Summary
Materials Management Coordinator I is responsible for under supervision: completing the Order Entry process, identifying part numbers for database entry, processing returns per client contract, purchasing from the strongly controlled OEM Purchase program, managing technician tool inventory, using automated tools to channel inventory/sales data into reports, and maintaining an orderly work station. The role emphasizes analytical problem solving, teamwork, initiative, and adherence to safety and company procedures while supporting a fast-paced environment. Preferred experience in VisionCore (order entry/processing), Salesforce/Servicemax, and Dynamics for inventory and invoicing; strong communication and customer service skills are desired.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- 0 to 2 years’ experience in Supply Chain Management (Production Planning and Inventory Control, Demand Management, Sourcing, Manufacturing and/or Packaging)
- Basic skill in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Visual acuity to read instructions, operate machines, and visually inspect equipment
- Ability to follow detailed and defined work processes and work instructions
- Good oral and written communication
- Excellent attention to detail
