Materials Management Associate - Receiving

Job Summary
Receive, verify, and inspect incoming materials, supplies, and equipment, then key shipments into the materials management system and distribute them throughout the organization. Operate shipment transportation equipment safely while maintaining open communication with distributors to resolve issues and obtain necessary signatures. Maintain current inventory knowledge, rotate stock to prevent expiration, and conduct scheduled inventories to report discrepancies. Review supply levels, place orders, and handle emergency situations while ensuring a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Communicate order discrepancies and suggest improvements to management, adhering to infection control and product safety protocols.
Required Qualifications
- High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
Desired Qualifications
- 1-2 years' experience materials management/supply chain experience
- Working knowledge of hospital related products
- Basic Computer proficiency
