Job Summary
Operate powered industrial trucks including electric pallet jacks and turret trucks to transport materials across the site. Perform receiving, inspecting, labeling, staging, and storing of materials in cold storage while adhering to cGMP and GDP guidelines. Execute pick, pack, prepare, and ship orders for hazardous and biological materials using ERP and RF systems. Assist with inventory cycle counts, deliver materials to production and quality teams, and prepare outbound shipments via shipping software. Maintain cleanliness in work areas and comply with all safety regulations including PPE use. Work in temperature-controlled environments ranging from 2-8 C to -20 C with occasional weekend and night hours.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ years of experience in a regulated cGMP material management environment
- basic operating experience with SAP
- equivalent combination of experience and proficiency in similar ERP systems, cGMP and biomanufacturing environments
- Ability to lift up to 65lbs on regular basis
- Ability to work in 2-8 C and -20 C environments
- Must safely operate material handling equipment
- complete DOT training within 90 Days of hire
- Ability to navigate digital systems and tools in highly regulated cGMP, GDP, and biomanufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail
