Job Summary
The Materials Logistics/Supply Chain Manager will oversee all supply chain and materials management metrics for the CSC region, driving end-to-end inventory oversight from forecasting through delivery, managing purchasing, par levels and vendor relationships, and leading a 10-person team. Responsibilities include controlling food cost variances, ensuring regulatory compliance (USDA, FDA, OSHA, HACCP, Lean), developing SOPs and ensuring consistency in technical documentation, analyzing spend and operating metrics, and planning mid- to long-term materials forecasting with the SCO project team. The role requires strong food knowledge, HACCP/regulatory expertise, and proven leadership in purchasing, production planning, and vendor management. Proficiency with SAP MM and CBase is a plus, along with excellent written communication and analytical skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics or equivalent experience required
- Two to three years of experience in purchasing, inventory and warehouse management required
- Experience in SAP MM and CBase a plus
- Excellent writer, preferred experience writing SOPs
- Proven experience in forecasting, demand planning and vendor management
- Proven experience in lean manufacturing and supply chain management leadership roles
