MATERIALS LOGISTICS MANAGER

Oversee material delivery operations for internal and external customers, managing pit-to-pit movements across aggregate, ready mix, and asphalt businesses. Direct the E-Ticketing system and software, ensuring accurate reporting, documentation, and inventory recording for all transfers. Resolve operational issues, troubleshoot material quality concerns, and communicate production challenges to leadership. Represent the department at stakeholder meetings to align plans and activities, while assisting in hiring, onboarding, and training truck drivers. Maintain compliance with federal, state, and environmental regulations, including MSHA, OSHA, and EPA standards, and manage annual operating budgets to keep delivery operations within parameters.
