Materials & Inventory Supervisor

Manage the Materials & Inventory Department's performance, overseeing inventory control, purchasing, transactional controls, and cost. Direct all activities for ordering, movement, storage, and processing of inventory while maintaining appropriate quantities of raw materials, semi-finished goods, WIP, and finished goods to ensure on-time delivery. Monitor forecasts, quotas, and production capacity to develop actions ensuring material availability, and define KPIs for measurement and action planning. Supervise direct reports, including hiring, training, performance reviews, and administering corrective action. Execute the cycle count program and annual physical inventory to improve accuracy, oversee interplant shuttles and shipments, and design processes for purchasing and material requirements planning. Collaborate with IT on application enhancements and manage the departmental budget.
