Materials Inventory Coordinator II - Surgical Materials Distribution - Wilmington

Materials Inventory Coordinator II needed to support ChristianaCare's perioperative supply chain. Responsibilities include planning and implementing inventory policies, coordinating daily Surgical Materials Distribution activities, standardizing products across OR sites, generating inventory reports and spreadsheets, managing par levels to control costs, training staff on new technologies, performing stock usage/cost analyses, collaborating with vendors and clinicians to identify opportunities for standardization and inventory reduction, monitoring stock levels and recalls, assisting with annual budgets, and ensuring timely procurement and receipt of non-stock OR items. Requires experience with surgical inventory processes, data analysis, vendor coordination, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; lifting up to 50 lbs and prior supervisory experience preferred.
