Job Summary
Materials Integration Specialist creates accurate BOMs in Epicor, prepares quotes through multi-level buyoff, and ensures material readiness for production. Serves as the source of truth for part and material specifications, initiates job lifecycles before handoff to scheduling, maintains pricing accuracy across production systems, tracks BOMs through prototyping and production, coordinates with sourcing on lead times, communicates material issues affecting schedules, and coordinates with engineering, CAD, quality, and leadership to ensure design readiness, certifications, and efficient scheduling.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with BOM management
- Proficiency with Epicor ERP
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Understanding of supply chain management in manufacturing
- Familiarity with CAD interfaces
- Experience tracking material lead times and availability
- Inventory auditing and pricing knowledge
- Knowledge of certifications and standards in manufacturing
