Job Summary
Conduct field tests on construction materials at sites for roadway, commercial, and industrial projects by collecting samples for lab analysis and performing various tests. Maintain field equipment and uphold high safety standards while mentoring less experienced employees. Work outdoors year-round on a flexible schedule that includes weekends and overnights as needed. Hold a valid driver's license and ability to operate a company vehicle, with ACI or ICC certification and previous construction materials testing experience required.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience with construction materials testing
- ACI or ICC certification
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and overnights as needed
- Strong safety mindset with a sharp attention to detail in a construction site environment
- Ability to work outdoors throughout the year
- Strong computer skills
- Strong communication skills
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to drive a company vehicle
