Materials Handler (Warehouse)

Job Summary
Pull, pick, stage, and distribute raw materials, components, and finished goods to support production and shipping activities. Receive, unload, inspect, and properly store incoming materials while accurately issuing and transacting movements in the ERP/WMS system. Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment to load and unload trucks, maintaining FIFO/FEFO and cGMP storage standards. Monitor inventory levels, assist with returns and material reconciliation, and ensure all documentation is complete and compliant. Work flexible hours including overtime as needed to meet production goals across multiple locations.
Required Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or inventory experience preferred
- Forklift certification or ability to become certified
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience with ERP/WMS systems (Batchmaster or similar preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Suite
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English or Spanish
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift materials (25kg) for extended periods
- Ability to follow processes and procedures with a high level of accuracy
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed
