Job Summary
Materials Handler in Sea Fox Boats lamination department responsible for moving materials between departments, unloading incoming deliveries, maintaining a clean, organized lamination area, and ensuring safe operations. Key duties include transporting raw materials, WIP, and finished goods with pallet jacks or forklifts, verifying deliveries against packing lists or POs, replenishing materials, disposing of waste, keeping workstations clean, following safety procedures, and performing other duties as assigned by supervision. Requires attention to detail, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a collaborative, communicative team player. Workplace is an industrial plant with PPE usage and variable conditions; Sea Fox Boats offers weekly pay, benefits, 401K, and PTO.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is a plus
- Ability to operate forklifts or pallet jacks (certification preferred or company will train)
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions
- Team player with a positive attitude and good communication skills
