Job Summary
Stock Clerk in the Structures department (Materials Handler) responsible for following Kalitta Air and FAA policies, receiving items from the stockroom, maintaining accurate inventory with quarterly counts in a secured area, utilizing computer systems, and operating warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, metal shear). Must keep a neat, organized work area and perform additional duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Structures Manager; overtime and weekend work required; requires high school graduate and ability to read/write English; work environment is a loud construction/maintenance setting. Required Qualifications
- High school graduate
- Must be able to work overtime, weekends & days off
- Ability to read, write and understand English
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Ability to give verbal and written direction to staff and other employees
- Knowledge of current computer systems
- Knowledge of warehouse practices and tool operations such as forklifts, pallet jacks, metal shear
