Job Summary
Process internal requisitions by fulfilling printed pick tickets, packaging orders, and performing the Ship Confirm process. Receive incoming shipments, verify accuracy, and input data into the Purchasing information system. Prepare shipments for courier delivery, maintain inventory stock levels, and conduct periodic physical inventory and daily cycle counts. Monitor and record temperatures for vaccine and drug storage, process sorting of incoming and outbound mail, and ensure security of storage areas. Collaborate with Purchasing and team leads to resolve receiving and match hold problems. Maintain a safe work environment with proper order and cleanliness in the Central Distribution, loading dock, and storage areas. Work Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- One (1) or more years of experience working in a warehouse
- Experience with using a computerized inventory system
- Ability to safely operate standard warehouse tools including hand truck, pallet jack, box cutter, 4-wheel dolly, etc.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, with frequent carrying of up to 25 lbs
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent interpersonal & problem solving skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to engage others, listen and adapt response to meet others' needs
- Ability to align own actions with those of other team members committed to common goals
- Excellent computer and keyboarding skills, including familiarity with Windows

- Monday- Friday 8:00am-4:30pm
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with medical supplies procurement
- Experience using Oracle system
