Job Summary
Materials Handler, 2nd shift in Houston, MS. Assist in shipping/receiving, cycle counts, inventory labeling and organization, and order fulfillment using ERP Sales Order Pick List. Responsible for loading/unloading trucks, packing and labeling pallets, and maintaining a safe, efficient warehouse. Requires forklift experience and strong communication, data entry, and organizational skills; must be able to work independently, manage tasks with minimal supervision, and contribute to safety, accuracy, and operational flow.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum one year of experience in a warehouse associate/shipping position
- Minimum 1 year experience driving a forklift
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Good data entry, math and computer skills
- Effective communication skills
- Good organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to follow-through on assignments
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work independently and unsupervised while prioritizing tasks
- Self-motivated, with the ability to lead projects to completion with minimal oversight
