Materials Engineer, Polymers

Job Summary
Lead polymer materials projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative materials solutions. Perform materials analysis, design and execute experiments to optimize processing and properties (e.g., polymer sample prep, MFR, FTIR, DSC, TGA), develop analysis reports, and communicate findings to stakeholders. Own project planning, scheduling, and execution while coordinating with engineering teams, technicians, and external suppliers to deliver new-to-world products and enhancements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Materials Science, Materials Science and Engineering, Materials Engineering, or similar discipline
- Experience with standard materials lab equipment (sample preparation equipment, microscopes, analytical testing equipment (MFR/FTIR/DSC/TGA))
- Extremely driven individual ready to lead their own projects, establish a schedule, and drive execution on their projects and assignments
- Ability to communicate effectively
