Job Summary
Materials Data Clerk in a fast-paced food manufacturing warehouse responsible for all aspects of inventory accuracy and traceability. Key duties include reviewing Production Work Orders for completeness and accuracy, inputting WO into ERP within management timelines, identifying and reporting errors, processing inventory adjustments and cycle counts, conducting traceability activities to support the food safety program, and serving as primary back-up to the Inventory Control Specialist/Logistics Coordinator. Must adhere to GMPs and SOPs, and coordinate with the Warehouse Manager and Inventory Control Specialist for annual inventories. Requires a High School Diploma or GED, 2+ years of admin experience, strong communication skills, math aptitude, MS Office proficiency; ERP experience preferred; forklift experience preferred. On-site, in-person role based in Boring, Oregon. Must be able to sit/stand, work around allergens, and handle physical tasks up to 50 lbs. Working environment includes potential exposure to heat, moving parts, electrical current, and a loud environment. Location: Boring, OR, USA.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 2+ years administrative experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong Aptitude for Math
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Inventory management experience preferred
- ERP experience preferred
- Forklift Experience preferred (on-site training available)
