Materials Coordinator

Execute MRP activities by creating, confirming, and expediting purchase orders to support production requirements. Monitor inventory levels, run and analyze forecast and open purchase order reports, and coordinate inbound shipments from domestic and international suppliers. Forecast raw material requirements, collaborate with suppliers on lead times and shortages, and resolve invoice discrepancies with the finance team. Partner with Operations, Production, Engineering, Quality, Customer Service, and Finance departments to ensure timely material availability for new product launches and supply chain improvement initiatives. Track key supply chain performance metrics and facilitate communication regarding supplier quality concerns and engineering changes.
