Job Summary
Experienced Materials Coordinator to support the Materials Manager in maintaining warehouse inventory across multiple construction sites; track incoming/outgoing materials, code material requests for billing, coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely deliveries, assist with forecasting, sourcing, and purchasing, monitor usage/costs/inventory levels, and maintain records of surplus/overflow materials while helping resolve discrepancies to support project schedules.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in Construction Management, Logistics, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
- 5+ years of experience in materials, inventory, or warehouse management, preferably in construction
- Valid driver's license with the ability to travel between job sites as needed
