Job Summary
Materials Coordinator to support daily warehouse and inventory operations in Campbell, CA. Responsibilities include receiving and documenting materials in QAD, moving inventory, supporting finished goods production, maintaining raw material Kanban for production, tracking consumables and spare parts, keeping stockroom/shipping/receiving areas organized, labeling materials and work orders to align with production schedules, reconciling inventory discrepancies, packing and shipping products to customers/subcontractors/sterilizers, routing RMAs to the correct department, and ensuring proper documentation. Requires 2+ years of related experience (or equivalent), familiarity with GMP/GDP/QMS, experience with ERP systems (QAD/SAP/Oracle or similar), proficiency with Microsoft Office, strong attention to detail, ability to work independently or as part of a team, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs. On-site role in Campbell, CA with a typical full-time schedule and potential overtime. The position emphasizes accurate material handling, inventory control, and collaboration with production and QA teams.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of related experience or equivalent education/work experience
- Medical device or regulated industry experience preferred
- Knowledge of GMP, GDP, and QMS standards
- Experience with QAD, SAP, Oracle, or another ERP system preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic math
- Strong attention to detail, communication, and data entry skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work occasional overtime and lift up to 40 lbs
