Job Summary
Assist Associate Planners in releasing shop orders, checking parts availability, tracking builds, and coordinating timely shipments with manufacturing. Maintain data integrity by ensuring shop orders close and customer commitments are met, while performing materials requirements planning for lower-value components. Set planning parameters to ensure MRP orders required parts and manage smaller planning projects like Field Replacement Units, including customer interfaces and shipment coordination. Create and update customer order sets and reports, initiate cycle counts for inventory records, and coordinate production lines based on customer requirements. Track efficiency and act as the primary interface with Manufacturing to resolve issues and meet delivery schedules.

- Four to six years of relevant experience
- Additional courses after High School
- an equivalent combination of education and experience
