Job Summary
Receive and inspect incoming materials and parts for accuracy, conformance to specifications, and traceability. Package parts according to proper specifications and prepare work orders, bills of lading, and shipping orders. Ship via UPS and FedEx, accurately filling out paperwork and monitoring inventory for boxes and packing materials. Requisition shipping materials to maintain supply and deliver materials to departments as required. Maintain proper documentation of all incoming and outgoing materials, including counting parts by hand or weight and listing INVRs on travelers. Assist with maintaining the tool crib and perform other tasks as requested by the supervisor.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- Active Driver's License Required
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong math and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work flexible schedule to meet materials demands
Desired Qualifications
- Experience shipping/receiving/inspecting product in a manufacturing environment, strongly preferred
