Job Summary
Materials Associate in Anduril's Santa Ana/Costa Mesa operations responsible for hands-on material management and warehouse tasks. Responsibilities include shipping/receiving, preparing finished stock for shipment, moving materials across sites, pulling orders from inventory, staging finished products for distribution, maintaining inventory accuracy through cycle counts, operating forklifts and pallet jacks, and courier inventory between sites. Requires 2+ years of warehouse experience, ability to work 1st/2nd shifts with overtime, valid driver’s license, and on-site presence in Santa Ana or Costa Mesa. Familiarity with ERP/inventory control tooling, lot/serial/batch tracking, hazardous shipments handling, and ability to obtain and maintain U.S. clearance are preferred. Must adapt to fast-paced environments and prioritize tasks efficiently.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years as a warehouse associate or equivalent role
- Must be able to work 1st or 2nd shift and overtime as needed
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to be onsite, local to Santa Ana, CA or Costa Mesa, CA
