Job Summary
Materials Associate to join Anduril in Quincy, MA, supporting production and business growth through material management and inventory flow. Responsibilities include processing shipping and receiving, preparing finished stock for shipment (identifying, pulling, packing, crating, labeling, loading, securing), documenting outbound shipments (Bill of Lading, Packing List, Commercial Invoice), ensuring material movement across sites, pulling orders from inventory, staging finished product for distribution, completing cycle counts, maintaining safety and inventory accuracy, operating forklifts/pallet jacks, and courier inventory between Quincy, MA and Quonset, RI. Priorities include inventory control, on-time material availability, and adherence to quality standards. Requires experience in warehouse/logistics, familiarity with MRPs/WMS, and ability to obtain active U.S. Secret security clearance; defense/aerospace experience and hazardous shipments handling are preferred. Salary range listed as hourly ($25.48-$33.65) with equivalent annualized compensation depending on role level; benefits and total compensation noted.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years as a warehouse associate or equivalent role
- Valid driver’s license
- 1+ years forklift experience, forklift certification preferred
- Familiarity with Material Resource Planning (MRP) systems and/or other warehouse management systems and inventory control tooling
- Familiarity with Inventory Management through lot/serial/batch tracking
- Excellent customer service skills
- Able to adapt in fast-paced environments
- Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance
