Job Summary

Develop and implement Materials or Environmental Licensing Project Plans, executing schedules for regulatory approval of submittals. Coordinate ongoing licensing activities, including developing, reviewing, and submitting environmental permit applications aligned with NRC, NEPA, and EPA requirements. Manage interactions with the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, other regulatory authorities, and industry groups while ensuring timely engineering products from design teams support licensing efforts. Actively participate in industry forums to implement lessons learned and best practices.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 10-15 years of direct materials and/or environmental licensing experience
  • 10-15 years of direct experience with the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission
  • 10-15 years of direct experience in project management
  • Capability and willingness to adhere to strict quality assurance standards
  • Excellent communicator
  • Team oriented
  • Willing to operate within a matrix organization
  • Ability to direct remote team members
  • Self-Starter with ability to manage deadlines
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel) and Adobe Professional
  • High degree of trust and integrity
  • Ability to communicate openly
  • Desire to foster teamwork
  • Travel required 10-30%
