Job Summary
Manage accurate monthly accounts for the Country Business, Statutory Financial Accounts, and US GAAP consolidation in compliance with Local GAAP, IFRS, and internal reporting timetables. Ensure appropriate Financial Close calendars, perform regular P&L and Balance sheet reviews, and drive SOX compliance by implementing written controls for all finance processes. Oversee audit processes for statutory, local tax, and regulatory submissions while maintaining continuous review of financial controls to ensure group record integrity. Provide accurate working capital information to Group Treasury and support the EMEA Controller on ad hoc initiatives, business integration projects, and risk identification. Requires Chartered Accountant status, 5+ years in controlling roles, and potential 15% time travel during closing periods.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a controlling role
- Ideally with an audit background
- Chartered accountant
- Strong technical accounting skills
- Potentially long working hours during monthly and annual closing
- Daily presence in Company's offices is required
- Limited possibility to work from remote
- Time Travel Needed: up to 15%
