Job Summary
Monitor material availability and identify potential supply risks by analyzing shortages using ERP, Targit, and QlikSense. Source and secure critical materials from suppliers and the open market, placing purchase orders and following up on deliveries. Work closely with GPV sites, suppliers, and Global Sourcing teams to resolve supply challenges and support cross-functional task forces. Communicate purchase price variances and supply risks to relevant stakeholders while acting as a bridge between local operations and group functions. This international role offers broad global exposure within the electronics manufacturing services industry, providing opportunities to make a direct impact on material availability and business performance.
Required Qualifications
- Experience within Purchasing, Procurement or Supply Chain
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with ERP systems and business intelligence tools
- A good understanding of purchasing processes and supply chains
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
- The ability to work independently and prioritise effectively
- The ability to collaborate across functions, cultures and time zones
Desired Qualifications

- Knowledge of global supplier markets
