Material Supervisor

Supervise three primary warehouse teams across two facilities, managing inbound receiving, outbound shipping, and production control operations. Ensure all direct material shipments are unloaded, received, and put away efficiently while providing equipment support. Monitor replenishment activity to prioritize high-demand requests and maintain consistent medium and low priority timelines. Generate quarterly cycle count plans aligned with finance requirements and conduct adjustment analysis. Provide high-level training to new hires, confirm their functional scope, and manage time card submissions and personnel functions. Review indirect material requests to support engineering and test teams while controlling equipment and consumable inventory costs.
