Job Summary
Join our global R&D team as a Material Specialist focusing on ensuring high-quality, standardized transformer material data in the PLM system. Responsibilities include creating technical specifications for standard raw materials, supporting factories with material implementation, analyzing material data, cleansing legacy data, and ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, 3-5 years relevant experience, and strong knowledge of materials standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or material or metallurgy or chemical engineering or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in related field
- At least 3 years or more of relevant work experience in Transformer industries
Desired Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of semifinished /Raw Materials and standards (ISO, DIN, IEC, IEEE, ANSI)
- Proven skills in technical data management and document management
- Experience in PTC Windchill or other PLM software
- Experience with ECM Process (Engineering Change Management)
- Exposure to use of 3D CAD modelling tools (Creo Parametric, Creo View)
- Demonstrated ability to learn Engineering tools
- Proficiency in both spoken & written English language
