Material Specialist 4

Move product into and out of the facility, delivering purchased material and small parts to production areas. Verify delivery against documentation, document damaged material before signing bills of lading, and receive material into the business system within 24 hours. Perform accurate counts, staging, put-away, issuing, and processing of received material while running reports to meet KPIs. Conduct daily cycle counts, reconcile inventory discrepancies, and operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and stage shipments for off-site delivery. Verify pull signals, ensure proper packaging and dunnage, photograph loaded shipments, and match unloaded material to manifests. Complete work center cleanliness and safety protocols while handling physical demands including lifting and standing for long periods.
